PetSafe Easy Walk Dog Harness...bought it about 4 or 5 years ago...still in good condition and drastically reduced my dog’s pulling which at 1 point was driving me crazy
The Typhoon Best low-ceiling driver ever made. I can throw it 330' while keeping it under 10'. But why do my favorite things always get discontinued ...
The Dyson hair dryer. Yes, it's $400, but this is the best hair dryer there is. Pure power. Spoiler ...and of course your mom's love canal
I'm pretty band agnostic for most stuff, but here's a couple I swear by: Klipsch R6i II in-Ear Headphone White in-Ear Headphone - White Fits like an earplug, has a mic, controls work with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Macbook). Amazing sound, especially BASS. Mirado Black Warrior Pencils, Black, HB #2, 12 Count I hate writing- my handwriting sucks and my hands start to hurt after a short while. These pencils REALLY help with that, and they don't break constantly like cheap pencils. Never trust a man with soft hands.
Berryhill $2 Fish Tacos on Mondays, Fried or grilled (I typically get one of each) HEB "That Green Sauce." Goes well with pretty much everything. I always go for "Medium."
Yep, used to hit up Berryhill with regularity. And that green sauce mixed with a small can of Herdez salsa verde makes outstanding chicken enchiladas.
Toyota Tacoma. New Balance (not because I like the shoes so much as no other brand makes my size, 14B) Jergens lotion. Kleenex. Uh....
Good call on bringing up writing utensils. For Pens, I've tried many, many, and have settled on this Gel Roller as Best (Pilot G-2 10). I prefer the Bold, others like the Fine.
@Buck Turgidson just bought that hand cream. Couple bad calices on my left hand that don't like cold/dry weather. It has worked pretty well. I don't have many product recommendations for most folk on CF. I do have some for babies/kids. But I did find and buy a product recently that has brought me great joy. No one on here will want this, but for me it was a life saver Puppy Bumper: https://puppybumpers.net/shop/ One of our dogs is a tiny chiweenie, and we recently moved to a corner lot with a wrought iron fence. She was escaping a couple times a day, and nearly got run over multiple times. One day I got a call from the Mrs while at work because the dog had escaped and had been gone for about 20 minutes, nowhere in sight. She had driven around and had no luck. So I went home and drove around for a while until finally there is a traffic jam on a normally busy street. Sure enough, it's that dumbass dog just standing in the road, too stupid to decide where to go anymore. Some high school girls had stopped and tried to get her, but she doesn't cooperate with strangers (or me). So I get out and back her down and have to jump on her to get her. She starts spazzing out and biting me because why not. One of the high school girls goes "um, is that your dog?" Yes, though it certainly looks like some weirdo tackled this poor tiny dog who then fought for life, in reality she lives a spoiled life in my house and I'm trying to prevent her death. Our HOA would not allow any chicken wire or smaller fence to be placed along the wrought iron fence, so I had no idea what to do. I just searched random things like "keep small dog from escaping" and on page 373 of Google results I found the Puppy Bumper. It keeps the dog in the yard so I like it, but the dog hates it so that makes me like it even more. The dog has given up the will to escape now, but when we first got it I had a great time watching the dog repeatedly trying to jump through the fence only to get bumped backwards and tumble. God Bless the Puppy Bumper.
