Interesting article ... and I agree . The PC culture has overreached . The reaction to that over-reach ,IMO, is what got trump elected .

It's ****ing comedy and it's a free country . If you don't find the jokes tasteful then don't watch that comic .

I doubt he wanted to be the center of controversy/attention and have to answer questions about it for the next however many months. Now it will go away, be forgotten, and he gets to go on with his career (I guess that's a good thing, but he's easy for me to avoid).

Yep, this is the better PR move too since even if he apologized and went on to host there would have been drama surrounding it and then have to answer questions about it.

Seems like something dumb people can't seem to figure out. It's not hard. Your digital trail is a public document.
