Those things seem to always get worse. . . not better
Chandler Parsons became the poster child for this . . .

Do we want more white players? Especially for $30 million a year?

He's having a bad year and not worth $30 million (6th highest paid player in the league ).

That’s just dumb! Race has nothing to do with it whatsoever! When healthy Gordon Hayward is an All Star type player[/QUOTE]

Stats aside, he's playing decent basketball and will continue to get better as the season goes on. They're not trying to get rid of him because his career is over, they're trying to get rid of his contract so they can eventually pursue KD, Kawhi, Butler, etc...

Do you want to give him a high five?

    In the face?

    With a chair?

When you say stats aside, what exactly do you mean?

Like specifically, I don't watch them a ton... does he seem like he's just shaking off the rust, or what?

The main obvious thing is his offensive efficiency.

But I haven't watched to see if things like the athleticism, the bball IQ, hustle, etc. is back.

The kid was REALLY REALLY good in 2016-2017. He was THE small forward I envisioned on the team. Didn't necessarily need the ball in his hands, but was capable of doing something with it when he had it. 40%+ on threes. Contribute in multiple areas. Smart bball IQ.

But for RIGHT now, the only way I'd risk such a move would be if I felt he was TRULY trending back towards that so he'd be at 80% of that by year-end. Currently, I'm not sold. He was active last night, but still couldn't find his shot.

And of course most obviously, how do you get there without including EG or Tucker? I don't think you can salary wise... and I'm not moving either of those two for a Hayward that might be great again, someday, perhaps next year.

Dude Otto Porter suuuuuuuuucks. He's the most overpaid underwhelming player in the league. I don't understand why anyone would want him. Dude is a black Ryan Anderson

Nay, brother @justtxyank . The OPM does not use fear or intimidation tactics on non-believers. Not everyone can truly understand the advanced metrics Otto Porter brings to the table.

And by next month Porter will be playing more minutes or Mahimi will be the starting center or Oubre will be the starting PF forward or ......

What I'm saying is Scott Brooks rotates his player in and out of lineups more than your average coach. If the Wizards are ready to give up on Porter because of his production this year and would take back a pupu platter of Knight, Nene, and Chriss (WITHOUT getting picks back) who is going to say no?
