I debate on here all the time. I don't do it as often anymore due to one, it's pointless to argue on here and two, I've been busy with other things. 90 percent of arguments on here are ad hominem anyway.
Houston Chronicle endorses Beto https://www.houstonchronicle.com/op...Rourke-Ted-Cruz-2018-endorsement-13320986.php
Chron knows a turd when they see it. They endorsed Cruz and Romney in 2012, and every Republican nominee for President from Bush Jr all the way back to Nixon. Not an insignificant risk for them to take given the locale.
Cruz will be near Beaumont tomorrow. I am looking forward to going. They had to get a bigger venue due to so many people wanting to come. The only bad thing is that blow hard Hannity will be with him. I can't stand Hannity.
We might as well lock up this thread, Beto knows he can't win Texas and isn't even trying to anymore. His CNN spot was the start of his presidential bid.
Cruz will win because he is an incumbent in a conservative state but give up any idea that he is an appealing or liked politician... he just isn’t. It is like arguing that Nancy Pelosi is charismatic... they win because of where they are, not because they are good candidates.
It's because they cannot achieve their goals through the established democratic-representative legal process.
This is utterly ridiculous. You are letting your personal feelings try to speak for the people of Texas. The election is where the people speak and will determine if Cruz is an appealing and liked politician. We all know Cruz will win big over Robert Francis. The only question now is will he beat him by double digits. "Unlikable" candidates do not win by double digits or any where close to them.
