Until the Texans can figure out how to cover running backs catching passes out of the backfield, every team is going to try to take advantage. It's not going to be fun with Ezekiel Elliot next Sunday.

Sounds crazy but you can't play Clowney and Watt together every down if Clowney is one of your OLBs. Need looser LBs to cover those RBs.

A couple of things I know, Clowney is a best run stopper, JJ is always screwing up his gaps, JJ can't hold up playing DE every play, etc... So my crazy plan is play Clowney on 1st and 2nd down and 3rd and longs. Play Watt on 3rd downs and any 1st and 2nd and long. Doesn't have to be so specific but you get the gist of it. That allows Clowney to stop the run and makes JJ a healthy big playmaker.

I don't think I want Clowney covering the RBs either. They drafted Cunningham for that reason. Even Mathieu got in on the "fun". Cunningham should never take his eye off the RBs and the safeties should be looking for him if the QB can't find any open receivers.

Amazing how different the offense looks with and without him

#Texans QB Deshaun Watson says Coach Bill O'Brien needs to work on becoming a better coach.

Texans coach Bill O'Brien thinks Will Fuller (hamstring) could have played in the second half if he let him. "But he wasn't going to be able to run all of the routes we needed him to run," O'Brien added. "Fuller wanted to be in there, but I made that decision."

Speaking Monday, Texans coach Bill O'Brien said Will Fuller's (hamstring) removal against the Colts was not precautionary, and that the team would "see how it goes this week."

It would seem that our injury prone WR came in more injured Monday morning.

Not shocked, he probably tripped in the parking lot getting to his car and then slammed the door on his hamstring getting in the door. The guy is always hurt. He can play but it is scary that the Texans depend on him so much.

This is a borderline miracle, given the starting Texans OTs.

Instead of working out 4 DB's.

Webster will be on the field to make up for what you are losing on that end.

Yeah, but now Colvin looks to be going on IR.

I can't defend BOB, but man that defensive coaching was probably worse. Ugly win, but those of you wishing for a loss, ready to tank, 4 games into the season.. goodness. Go be depressed somewhere else. BOB proved hes a bad coach why not hope we win despite him than hoping to just lose everything, what a sh*tty season that would be.

But they do have like 5/6 fumble recoveries.. TO is a TO. I agree tho, secondary is pretty scary bad.

Actually just four. And they are at -1 with turnovers. Tied with Buffalo and New Orleans. Not good enough.

not if it meant getting obrien fired although the odds of gool ol boy mcnair cutting his losses with obrien this soon after that head-scratching extension is slim to none.

i'm just amazed at how routinely this entire franchise looks completely clueless.
