    Can someone explain why a rehab player goes down to double A? Like why not Triple A? I have noticed this for everyone.

    Corpus Christi is closer to Houston than Fresno. I think that's basically it. When we move to Round Rock rehab assignments will likely go there.

    There’s also no career AA players. All guys similar ages and skill level. More consistent competition.

    Next year, I suspect that rehab assignments will include Round Rock as well, selecting between Corpus and RR depending on who is playing home games.

    At the plate? You'll have to do a ton of convincing.
