    IIRC Capela kind of forced his way onto the team that first year. He worked hard and made it pay off. Couldn't be happier for him.

    You'll have to refresh my memory on Clint forcing his way onto a team.

    IIRC, he played on the Vipers for a couple years and slowly worked his way up.

    We wanted to stash him overseas, so he wouldn’t count against the cap or a roster spot. But he was adamant on coming to the states to be part of the roster.

    How much difference an off-season makes... any semi-normal cap situation and Capela is a max player.

    Contract Ryan Anderson got: 4-year, $80-mill
    Capela: 5-year, $90-mill

    Craziness.
