Looks like Ennis is similar...in the same ballpark but Ariza and Luc edge him out in multiple categories .

The dude is playing for a contract so expect him to go all out next season and try to be in his best form.

Looking toward to see what he can do in our system

I don’t know what his bottom line was... but numerous times he said he wasn’t coming over unless he got a multi year deal worth more than he made in Europe and a guaranteed spot in the rotation. I don’t think the Rockets could meet his demands.

I’m excited about this signing. The moment we lost Trev this is the guy I wanted. He plays really good defense and he brings energy. He’s like a bigger Bev. His shot it shaky but if we sign Melo we have more than enough firepower.

I still think Tucker will come off the bench. I'm saying in the off chance they insist to start him, he'll have to change positions. Melo will be starting regardless at the power forward spot. No slight of hand here what so ever.

He seems to get the line more than either Ariza or LMaM, his offensive rebounding is better than either and his shooting percentage is better than Ariza's. But on the flipside, he gets in more foul trouble than either previous Rockets player.

It’s my opinion if course but I bet Melo comes off the bench before the season is over.

You’re crazy. Ennis is way better on D and a reliable 3 point shooter.

Luc and Ariza have multiple seasons experience in the Playoffs, Ariza got one ring to show for it.

Ennis has a combined 6 games in the Playoffs during his career, all with the Grizz 2 years ago.

MCW has a combined 11 games in the Playoffs.

Then you probably sign Nunnally who got 13 games combined in the Regular Season.

Luc has 32 games, Ariza got 102 games in the Playoffs.

At least they were not close to an unknown in the playoffs.

I liked this signing and MCW but then I see some of the players other teams are getting for the cheap and I'm thinking wtf

    IT2 and Brook Lopez particularly

uhh... imagine either IT2 or Brook Lopez in the rocket's switch everything defensive scheme. are you sure you still want them, on top of the fact that they don't fit in offensively with harden/cp3 as the primary option?

Substitute Carmelo's name and your comment is also true. And people are excited to sign Melo with the MLE.

As bad as Melos defense is, it’s better than IT2 and Brook Lopez (only 7 footer in nba who can play a majority of the game and get 0 rebounds)

Thunder had the 10th best defense in the league with Melo on the court last season.
