The Lakers as I've said are WIP. They are not any where near championship worthy, unless they pull a rabbit out of the hate. But...Ingram/Kuzma/Ball have a lot of potential, not even scratched the surface, yet. If they all maximized their potential with some remnants of LBJ they'd have budding super team. That's thing with having so many young players will they pan out. I think Kuzma and Ingram will with Lonzo being the wild card.
Very very interesting. Thanx for posting this. Looks like Kyrie is an ehm..a little attention whor-ish.. So what happens now that the Celtics are not HIS team? In the playoffs the ones who were praised were the young guys and this season with Hayward back things might be even worse. Secondly with these details coming out these days is it a coincidence? If I were Kawhi and I read those details I would want less and less to join the Cavs. Not to mention Butler.
yip the LAL to make a play for Damian Lillard, as per Analysts @ ESPN / Fox Lonzo + Ingram to get Lillard
so does this end the kyrie angle of the "no one likes playing with lebron" stuff since apparently kyrie didn't like lebron even before day 1 and just wanted the team to himself so he could keep being the man and losing? and the flat earth stuff bothered him? why say it then?
as well as portland media sites https://www.blazersedge.com/2018/7/...rs-trade-lebron-durant-portland-trail-blazers https://www.oregonlive.com/blazers/...blazers_damian_lillard_hint_hed_be_ok_wi.html
both of those are just about his tweet that he wouldnt be a malcontent if he was traded away. He even said just before that that it's not his style to join superteams.. They don't say anything about Lakers want to trade for him.
I really do not understand why Portland would want to help. Damian Lilliard has to be worth more than a lonzo ball... i know the Blazers are ran by a bunch of r****ds, but good gosh. Yes Lebron has signed with L.A. now the rest of the nba needs tstop helping them.
Takeaways for me as a Rockets fan: -Lebron intended to form the banana boat on the Lakers. Looks like we convinced CP3 Houston was better. Good for us. -Lebron never considered anyone but the Lakers this offseason (as I felt) -Fans who bash reporters like McMenamin and Vardon are misguided. They aren't just pulling stuff out of their butt.
People don't read the replies. Someone said that this would be stretched into meaning he wanted to be traded to LA and he said something like "they always stretch everything anyway" or something.
They may have potential but Kuzma/Ingram/Ball is not a super team. All those are 2nd tier rookies compare Ball to Simmons, compare Kuzma to KaT compare Ingram to Simmons and Tatum there is a gap between them and the brightest rookies in the league.
I knew that the Fakers fans would turn against Lebron but I expected it at least to happen after the first month of the season.
MJ says thanks for not wanting to be the greatest. Not sure if he was gonna get their anyway. Would have been fun to watch him try.
