    Watched the game, that #10 player for France is gonna be a superstar. Best show of game speed I seen this World Cup year ... and Messi was the best like 6-8 years ago but he sure as heck don't look it these days

    Does soccer have Morey-like analytic gurus now? I feel like there just aren't enough shots on goal -- powerful drives from long range create so many secondary opportunities (deflections, etc.). I always felt for every 10 shots I would get a score so long as I was driving the ball hard on goal. Even if it was direct to the goalie 20-30 yarders keep the defense on edge just like long bombs in football.

    I basically want to see run n shoot or the Rockets bombs away 3 point offense on a soccer field for lack of a better analogy.
