If Brandon Marshall just got a contract thats worth up to a max of 2 mil, the damn Texans could afford both AD and Dez to be added. Hurry up Gaine.
Neither is the snickers bar at the counter of the register but for the low, low price of a dollar, why the hell not?
Lamar Miller said he'd be open to the Texans signing free agent Adrian Peterson. "It would be good to have him join us, just his leadership, seeing the things he’s done in previous years, that I feel like I could probably learn from him," Miller said. "It would help us out as a team." Peterson has talked numerous times about his desire to play for Houston in his home state of Texas. However, the feeling hasn't seemed mutual with the Texans having Miller and D'Onta Foreman on top of recently re-signing Alfred Blue. Peterson is going to have to wait. - NFL.com
I saw AP yesterday at Prime Social (poker club on Westheimer), he was playing PLO at the table next to me. I guess he's living in Houston now, which would explain why it would be a "dream scenario" for him. Also saw Skip, we talked/played at the same table for a couple of hours before he left.
the thing I've always read is when AP is in the game, he can't block or catch passes, so defenses sell out for the run
