I have a feeling that Rosenstein is taking precautions to be able to charge Nunes for leaking classified information. He knows what Nunes is trying to do and there is no way what he’s doing is legal. He could send a chill down the GOP House if he wanted by indicting a sitting member of the House. He just has to be able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he leaked the classified info.
