Don't know what to say, it's kind of unbelievable how much this squad f***ed up in the past three semifinals. Completely dominated the matches but too stupid to convert the chances, bad refs, key players injuried. And now u have that Real b**** squad probably winning three titles in a row, it's disgusting.
For the head referee it was tough to see and I don't blame him, but there were two sideline refs and especially the end line ref has proved to be useless numerous times. This is just another example, one of these two has to see it, they had clear vision. That's what I meant when I wrote 'stand in our own way'. A lot of things came together and it feels like every year it's the same. We may argue about the term 'screwed'. Of course it wasn't nearly as bad as last year - but you yourself admitted it was a penalty, so we weren't favored at all.
Btw we desperately need a rule change where ref stops the clock every time there's a player on the floor during the final stages of a match, it's absurd how teams like Real can destroy any momentum and the last period of a match with that crap.
You win some, you lose some. I was in the stadium. Bayern was clearly better, but ref aside, if you don't convert your chances, you're out. Can't blame the team today.
don't worry breh, lfc is still around. this is lfc receiving the news from klopp during their practice session and have vowed to exact revenge. for tizz breh.
It's a universal thing. I agree it's a problem but to say "teams like Real" isn't exactly fair. You see that all the way down in the amateur levels every Sunday. If Bayern had the 1 goal lead, they too would be slow to get up. It's at the referee's discretion to add time in those situations. They announced 5 minutes of extra time (which is quite a bit when there were no significant injuries) and ended up playing 6.
Bayern did dominate in stretches though but they made the most puzzling defensive mistakes this series. Madrid is not the best Real we have seen the last 3 years.
Like Liverpool to get through today and win CL final. Real will have a massive advantage in midfield but I see Liverpool being able to convert. Credit where credit is due, Real has found a way so far but now they are staring at a front 3 like they have not seen
Liverpool is probably the best suited to beat Real. Their defenders like to move forward so much that I can see LIverpool taking advantage. Though, in a 1-game situation, I'll never count out Ronaldo.
lfc proved to be too sexy for roma. the 3 goal deficit just too much to overcome. mou would have parked a train in front of the goal.
Yea, he's a good breh. Also brought a lot of much-needed stability to Hertha, hope they can improve and become a force in German Football. Kinda sad to see a country's capital being only mid-tier, can't think of any other national league where the capital is that bad.
Switzerland, where Basel is probably always top. They got tons of smaller clubs. Israel, probably because of Conflict, Tel Aviv is the better place. Spoiler In Italy, Milano, Torino are overall better than Roma and Lazio, but those 2 are not bad, esp. not this year. Austria - Where Salzburg has been dominating. But in the past, Vienna was big. Scotland- Glasgow over Edinburgh? Wales - Swansea? Not Cardiff. In the MLS. Washington aint top. Is there a Brasilia team in Brazil? Oh, yeah there is likely a regional team for sure. People forget Rio or Sao Paolo aint the Capital. In Japan, FC Tokyo is mediocre. In China, Sinobo Beijing is above average but not championship material yet. You are right, not many, there are places.
True, forgot about that. They got four higher-division teams, but none successful after their 70s and 80s glory.
