    You can try. I use the Kodi Beast Build and have a lot of sports apps. I can get all PPV UFC/ Boxing fights clear in HD but I cannot find basketball anywhere in HD. It's all subpar SD and not even worth watching.

    Directv Now also offers a 4K apple tv unit if you pay for 3 months in advance($105- 3 month/$35). Cancel after 3 months and keep the apple tv 4k unit for no charge.
