I mean, I've been watching all these shows, watching the Rockets play bunch of games against all the opponents for a long while. Now that this team is killing it, everyone wants to doubt the team, doubt James Harden. I get it, man, Hakeem > Harden. I ain't frontin'. But we just all gotta keep it one hunnid. Give Rockets and the star players on this team the respect that they deserve.

Shaq: Houston is playing great. A lot of people thought the addition of Chris Paul wouldn't work. Both have proven them wrong. They have stepped up on the defensive end. If you're a championship caliber team, it's good to have the #1 spot but you don't need it to win a championship. (LOL at Shaq actin' like he wasn't one of those people.) Chuck: Rockets & Warriors are head & shoulders above every other team in the West. If Kawhi is not back in the next 2-3 weeks, I'm ruling the Spurs out. Foregone conclusion it's Golden State/Houston for the Western Conference championship? Kenny: I would say so. They have proven that they will not be beaten 4 times out of 7. We will be in H-Town & San Francisco. Ernie: Where will we be game one? Kenny: Houston, Texas. They will have a better record. They'll continue to play as hard as they're playing now. The guys playing well for Houston, the only way they play well is if they play hard. Golden State is so skilled, they don't have to play hard. Chuck: Getting Joe Johnson, he's gonna help them some. Who's the other guy, Ed Davis? They got another big guy. Those two additions,...the Rockets are the deepest team in the NBA. Daryl Morey has done a fantastic job. Going out & getting Tucker was a big pickup. One more scrappy guy I like I'm forgetting his name right now. The Rockets to me are the deepest team & will finish with the best record in the NBA. They had all these offensive players. Tucker will help them. Morey understood...he went out & got some gritty players. Tucker, Green, (Kenny: Ariza, Brandan Wright). Shaq: You're not answering the question. Do they have enough? Chuck: Yes. The Rockets vs. Golden State is a toss up.
Clearly Kenny wants to remain the “only” champion the Rockets have ever garnered. Once Harden + CP3 win the title this year, there isn’t much glory in being Kenny Smith.

Yes it does, because Kenny Smith was mentioned not being able to attend because he was on duty for March Madness. They later honored him Sam Cassell was not there either, he had to work for the Clippers
