    For depth purposes - foul trouble, injuries, fatigue, etc.If it costs end of the bench players to add players like Afflalo or Chalmers, what is there to lose?

    If CP3 or Harden were to get hurt again, I'm pretty certain that everyone would rather have Chalmers/Afflalo instead of Weber.

    Chalmers or an insurance PG makes sense. We didn't need a breakdown like this to tell us that, though.

    Afflalo wouldn't play and kind of sucks, anyway. Pass. Save that extra spot for an insurance PG or a Tyson Chandler type.

    Too bad salaries don’t match and rockets have no other way of getting him.
