Looked like a TD on the flea flicker but an Ed Oliver TD the next play will work just fine! :)

Did they say Oliver is playing like he is unaffected by his sea urchin foot injury!?!? Did I hear that right? Only in the Hawaii Bowl.

Apppewhite's awful offense is a health hazard. Quarterback running for his life, receivers having to go over the middle and risk getting speared to have any shot at a big play, running backs getting pummeled for two-yard dives, fans dying of boredom...

What available innovative offensive coordinator could possibly change this with dull Applewhite ultimately at the helm?

    Happy Christmas, Kyoko.

Anybody else having Levine flashbacks? If Applewhite can't pull it together during one more season, I think he is out. Maybe he should be out now.

Private Applewhite needs to go back to banging student trainers and leave the football strategery to anyone else with a pulse. Why any OC with an established track record would hitch his wagon to Applewhite is beyond me....props to UH for wasting 3 years of the greatest defensive player in school history (Ed Oliver).

Sad, but true. Too much pride about coaches leaving for other schools.

I say take the rental every 2-3 years and have a consistently competitive record over having coach you can keep with growing pains.

It’s time to get rid of the donkey, and take all those 1$ bills and cash them in for a new life. The Cougars are lifeless on offense.
