Frustration boiling over from being in a ridiculous situation from a guy who clearly wants to win and was trying his ass off. Give him ****, but he did more with less than Osweiler did all season today.
Andre Ellington had to play a ridiculous amount of snaps at receiver and Jeff Allen turned a 4th and 4 into a 4th and 19... that was still converted. Give 21-Savage a break today, folks. He needs it
The frustrating thing to me with Savage is how often the play clock gets inside 5 seconds before the ball is snapped.
Delays of game that follow a penalty. 3 consecutive false starts on 4th down, and a QB making some awful decisions from a guy who was described as being starter ready at the beginning of the season. Sloppy play and mental mistakes falls on the coaching, I realize the team was depleted today and has been pretty much all season. But the mistakes today came from veterans and from the sideline, can't blame that on injuries.
Anyone know if Jeff Allen has been cut yet? How in the f*** do you get called for false start on 3 consecutive plays? What a miserable season. Even in the 2-14 seasons, at least there was the draft to look forward to. This just sucks. It's one thing to be completely terrible. It's another to be just on the wrong side of mediocre and incredibly boring. I have no interest in watching games any more this season.
I love watching Savage fail. Week 1 Savage: "This is my team. And I'm not going to let anyone take it." LMFAO.
Same. Mine keeps kicking my wife in the ribs. Moving his arms all over too. I hope he tires himself out in there.
That 4th and 4 easily could've been a delay of game but for the false start. And with 2 timeouts remaining, I couldn't believe one wasn't taken.
The meltdowns in this thread confuse me considering the season has been a lost cause since Deshaun went down. I'm not a big Bill O'Brien guy, but why are we evaluating his performance with the most injury riddled roster in the league?
Guess we need an update: 3 potential game winning/go ahead drives: 2 fumbles 2 interceptions 0 points
Not a DD. I just don't follow baseball anymore. As for the Rockets, I'm not going to believe in MDA's system until I see it succeed during the playoffs when it counts. Sure it's fun to watch and all that - especially against mediocre and bad NBA teams but can it deliver in the playoffs when you have to actually play defense? That's what I'm waiting to see happen on the court.
Yes, you are a DD. It's a choice. I don't live for the "has to happen in the playoffs or the season meant nothing" crap. Have fun with that.
This team was so fun to watch with Watson. Now it's a complete **** show. It just seems like players taking turns getting injured and concussed. Not fun.
