    those that say bringing in liriano wasn't a bad move, this is your proof that hinch thought it was. Bringing in Verlander going for the kill.

    not going to get on hinch. It was ballsy . Offense might want to do something now.

    That I won't argue with. The Stros were not gonna win this game 2-1. The Red Sox were gonna get a couple more runs at some point. They need to get the offense going. Even in Game 2 when they scored 8 runs, they still left a ton of runners on base.

    I understand the decision. It's all about leverage, and Hinch didn't want the meat of the order getting a third look at Morton. I'm just sick and tired of every worst case scenario playing out in these 2 games. Why can't things go our way just once??

    Hinch didnt trust our bullpen. We could be down by 5 than by 1. I think the inning was a success as far as it goes.

    You bring out Verlander to start an inning, if you are going to make this move. Verlander has no experience with this.
