    To spark the thread: FF VIII best Final Fantasy, Rinoa best waifu.

    Also: FF Tactics is currently on sale for Android and iOS, offer ends August 8th.
    People should also try out FF Dimensions, it's a full FF experience for mobiles.

    FF6 (3US) is the best game of all.

    You can get the rom and emulator and then head over to FF6hacking.net for brilliant mods, editor, etc. It's a tremendous experience.

    General Leo was one of the all time "what if" characters. Before people wanted to find a way to play as Sephiroth, kids were loading codes into Game Genie to find a way to play as General Leo. Who remembers the "hidden dragon" you could beat to get the power to bring back General Leo? LOL. There were entire internet websites designed to punking people into thinking they could bring him back by trying all kinds of craziness.

    Saving Shadow on the floating continent, the Shadow dreams...such a great great game with good side quests. Legendary opera house scene, recruiting Umaro, the Espers...I love everything about that game.
