Almost certainly not. You can't just shoot in the direction of a loud noise, there would have to be more than that.

 

That said, I would imagine their story would be better than that.

Many outs. It disturbs me that our military have a greater bound/threshold to engagement than our police force. It may my misconception but it is my perception.

 

Here's another one. Cop forgot to turn off his bodycam while planting drugs at the scene. What's more disturbing than this single act, is the 2 other cops watching him do it like it was routine.

See, these are the ones that should go to prison for a long long time. When a cop makes a mistake when making a split second decision is one thing. But, when cops purposely break the law, then stiff punishment is called for.
