It's a fair point, however Anderson is a specialist. If his shot isn't falling, he's invisible, and unfortunately his shot doesn't seem to fall at home games, or in the playoffs, as a Rocket.
Melo's role and usage will change on the Rockets versus the garbage fire that is the Knicks. He may not shoot as well as Anderson, but he will bring a lot more versatility in getting assists and creating a new point of attack that opposing teams must plan to defend.
