Now official. Don't know a whole lot about him, but since Kimmich seems to become Lahm's successor on the wing, an additional option in Midfield isn't too bad.
From what I've seen, he's a b2b midfielder that can play every central position in midfield. He's pretty aggressive on defense but more offense-oriented than Vidal, also way better at scoring goals and making key passes. A Lyon fan on Transfermarkt described his game in detail here: https://www.transfermarkt.de/c-toli...m/154/thread_id/1027991/page/1#anchor_2387581
Bayern just going about the transfermarket the way most smart fans wish their teams would. Good, smart signings and getting them all done in time for pre-season.
Noticed that this season, especially watching Pulisic play at Dortmund. I don't think Dembele ever passed him the ball when they were on the pitch at the same time. In fact I'd like to see stats of Dembele's passing this season. I'd figure it's restricted to 1 or 2 players and that's it lol.
Just checked passing per game and he's #189 out of 263 Bundesliga players lmao. Has 23.9 passes/game, while even a somewhat egoistical guy like Robben has 38. Didn't know it was this bad, wow. https://www.whoscored.com/Regions/8...PlayerStatistics/Germany-Bundesliga-2016-2017
To your post that you think Robben is staying with Bayern and youth coaching, management and all. He states he likely wants to go back to his home country, home town, probably starting with Groningen. https://www.transfermarkt.de/robben...h-holland-zuruckkehre-ldquo-/view/news/277809
Oh okay, sucks. Know Ribery wants to stay and work in the youth sector, at least the last time I checked.
I have a feeling Davy Klaassen will be pretty good, could be an Eriksen kind of player for Everton with more leadership.
So it looks likely that Ronaldo bounces from Madrid to Paris or back to England. Just like that the Real Madrid cycle ends. He is getting to that age where his salary is paying more for past contributions, but he was the difference between competing for the major trophies and winning them. I wonder who Madrid will get to replace him or if they'll push harder for M'bappe and win through depth hoping for a player to grow into that Super Galactico role.
He would be likely persecuted anywhere in Europe because of Tax Evasion, maybe not in France and Monaco. England has no laws toward this?
I don't think he can avoid conviction if he moves to another country. I think he's letting the diva come out. Barcelona rallied around Messi with a Twitter campaign when he had legal problems. Real Madrid released a statement. He did something similar to this the summer after Madrid won it's last Liga title. After some coddling and I believe a new contract, he settled down and came back. I'm not sure how strong his defense is, but the 15 million euros he's being accused for tax evasion on is three times as much as Messi. Messi barely avoided jail time. But the Spanish government is apparently super corrupt especially for its national treasures in Madrid and Barcelona.
Are those all 12 years olds, they got skills but are they look like 7 - 9 years olds. Can't all be Messis with the height.
Sanches playing like a hero in last year's Euro championship and now benched on the U21 EC squad, what a brutal season for him.
