Baylor University Sexual Assault Scandal Mega Thread

If the death penalty wasn't given to Pennis St. after turning a blind eye to child rape, then it shouldn't be given to Baylor.

PS. If I were head of the NCAA they would both be getting, have gotten the death penalty.

 

So where are all the Baylor folks defending their school now?

No way you can defend this garbage and if the NCAA doesn't sanction them significantly then they should get investigated as well. More repercussion cause a player got paid then by these reports? GTFOOH

 

Maybe I am mistaken, but this is the same volleyball player we have known about so this story isn't exactly new. I believe she filed another (?) law suit and the video part is something we hadn't heard about.

My hunch is that major sanctions are not expected or recruits would be staying away. We got a 4* RB commit (Stanley Hackett - 6'3" runs a 4.45) just last night moving Baylor's 2018 class to #12 in the country on 247sports.

Honest question. As a supporter what sanctions or repercussions do you think would be fair for the acquisitions against Baylor if they are indeed true?

 

1 year suspension of Briles, 4 less scholarships, women required to wear headscarves.

Someone has to Photoshop the original though, to account for the dog being raped. If I hear "house" and "Baylor" in the same sentence I now assume someone got raped.

 

Any new rapes, murders, cover ups or assaults this morning at Baylor?

Notwithstanding the severity of the crimes committed, the level of cover up and oversight by the Baylor coaching staff and administration was much higher IMO. Don't think they'll get the death penalty either but we're talking about 2 of the biggest sports scandals in the history of the NCAA occurring at one school within a short period of time.

If the world was right both Pennis St and Baylor would get the death penalty.

Instead it looks like Pennis St. will have a top 10 team next yr. (Despicable)
