    A Mavs unprotected pick for this year is wayyy too much overpay for Noel.
    Next year who knows how the Mavs do.

    Good trade for Dallas imo, even though we need to know if/how the pick is protected for next season and on, they needed this kind of player badly.

    You realize Toronto is a team trying to contend now too? Also interested in his bird rights?

    Suns are bluffing. If the Raptors don't give in, a second round pick is MORE than enough compensation for 24 games of Tucker. I would be SHOCKED if anyone gave them a first and Onuaku is practically a late first right now. 20 year old kid with a year of NBA training showing progress. We wouldn't trade him for the #31 pick right now.

    If we're sending them Onuaku, we're not also sending them a second rounder that's absurd compensation for 24 games of Tucker - who is a player I love!! They would take that package RIGHT NOW over Toronto's 26th pick, there is no way we are offering it.

    Well they aren't great picks as of yet.
    Looks like this one is protected 1-18. Not exactly amazing considering it is going to end up 1-18 so they won't get it tis year.
    Not a lot of value really for Noel.

    Now that Noel got traded, I guess Okafor will not?
    But I doubt in the future that Okafor will ever again be able to have the value of a mid first.
