These boys are playing at a really high level. They are playing with some great chemistry, so there's no need to tweak anything. When Capela has it going, he's getting his minutes and we are playing Gordon right.
I was concerned earlier in the year that they couldn't turn up the defense when they needed to. Nene, Bev, and Ariza all had their turns in crucial moments tonight. Good job fellas!
Now that I think about it, that would have probably been the better option during the game. It looked like we we're trying to help on Lopez when he got too low but it didn't seem to have an effect on his offense. I see why Mikey D' put NeNe in the game at the end though. Risk aversion.
I'm pretty happy that the team is treating this game as if we lost. Last year, we would be talking about how lucky we were to win and be pretty happy to have gotten out with the W. The interviews seem like they are above that this season. We sound disappointed that we let this game become this close.
