Harden breaks NBA Record for most Assists in an Opening Day Loss

    And Morey also just told me the Rockets still have the 3rd most wins in the last 10 years.

    So, why is it that Anthony Davis having the most points in an Opening Day Loss is huge news, and reason to blame his teammates.

    But, Harden setting most Assists for an Opening Day loss is not mentioned anywhere in the media. As a test of a theory that media either still glamorizes Pts over Assists, or prefers not to say good things about Harden, I even tweeted that Stat Fact to ESPNStatInfo, ESPNNBA, NBA, Sportscenter, Rockets, dmorey and feigen. Still no mention of this record like Davis' record.

    Yes, I was bored and lonely after the game last night.
