I was going through some links I had and came across these from a radio show in Dallas that I listen to. I thought I'd posted them on "The Wire" threads on CF but I guess I forgot over the years. Some pretty decent interviews with a bunch of characters conducted by the BaD radio crew on Dallas' The Ticket.

Because of the Necro-bump thread I wanted to bump this. Finally got around to watching it, currently on season 4... And holy cow this is a great show.

It's also incredibly re-watchable. Wait a couple of years and do it again.

 

4th season was the best.

****ing a, show was AMAZING!! I'll need to try re-watching eventually, binged it roughly 2 yrs ago.

 

It doesn't get old. Ever. Like a true classic.

 

I've watched many episodes twice because there's so many little details in the dialogue. I'll zone out for a few seconds and next think I know I've missed an important detail.

 

So Im guessing its good enough for me to give it a go? Lol, I think I should try to make some time to watch this.

This is an absolute must watch show.

I need to re-watch. Saw it a few years ago and I think I finished all five seasons in about 2 weeks.

 

It will probably be in your top 3 Fav shows of all time.

I may have posted my season preferences in this thread already but IMO it goes 3, 4, 1, 2, 5

Season 5 was the only one that was clearly subpar.

 

When this thread is bumped I always think perhaps it's going to be continued in some way. haa

I need to rewatch this series especially since HBO remastered the series in HD...wife and I are currently working our way through OZ. Funny to see how many actors moved on to the Wire from that show.....
