    A minor surgery?

Every orthopedic surgeon who has weighed in on this surgery has said the opposite as far as I can tell.

If Texans win: we are superbowl bound, no team can stop us
If Texans loses: this team sucks, fire Smith, fire O'Brien, Osweiler is a bust, McNair is a terrible owner

I get worried when I see Demps as a starter being backed up by Pleasant. First 2 rounds next year has to be OL and Safety.

    If the Texans win/lose/tie:

Bobby: Vikings suck, Bridgewater sucks, Hoyer Sucks
Mr. Clutch: Mallet sucks, Harden kinda sucks

    ;)

    Demps is a solid player.

We have our FS for the future in Hal.

He is making the probowl this year.

They've all hedged and said that back surgeries can have a wide range of severity, outcomes, and recovery times.

So yes... any back surgery can be considered "major"... but the intricacies of what was actually done and how fast a certain type of athlete can make a full recovery can vary... and that hasn't been disputed.

OB must feel pretty good about the team to say those types of things.

Exactly what I was thinking. He rarely shows or emotion or gets hopes up too much. He is sounding pretty confident. I like it.

Yup, he typically tempers expectations. Pretty clear he likes what he is seeing.

This got me a little bit giddy.

    Dayum.

By the way, O'Brien sounds like he knows we are going to be really good this year.
