Dude puts her in the passenger seat, presumably to drive away drunk, probably because the other woman he assaulted was calling the cops...so he had to flee as a drunk driver.

btw: if he indeed drove off, and if she claims he put her in the car against her will (via threats of further violence) that is felony kidnapping on top of DV in Colorado...plus wreckless endangerment. And another charge for trying to prevent the other woman for calling the cops (it appears).
