[Local News] Fellow Millenials: p*rn Sex Is Not Real Sex

Im not sure if deserves the jail time for an accident, especially not for 25 years... I read somewhere that he woke up and he called his mom first and they then called the cops 2 hours later. But in no way do I think it was intentional and it was an accident. He should appeal.

 

That seems wrong considering they could not prove a specific cause of death.

 

Welcome to the justice system. Facts don't always win cases. There no such thing as "beyond reasonable doubt".

 

I don't think the rough sex was the problem, the problem was little kids taking too many pills and drinking too much booze before having rough sex.

 

The thing that gets me is that mom helped him source the drugs and booze and got him the room and provided an alibi to the girl's parents for their little party. That woman is the one who needs the prison time.

I think 25 years for the kid is harsh. The chick that shot up John Belushi with cocaine and heroin the night he died got 15 months for involuntary manslaughter and Mom is apparently only on the hook for potentially 2 years. The law is the law, but my personal idea of fairness in this case would flip it around between mom and the son.

The question I have is whether the prosecution offered a plea bargain to the kid for something like the involuntary manslaughter that John Belushi's drug buddy got.

 

Conviction was for assault, not murder. And the only way it could have been a 40 year sentence was if he had a prior to make it the first degree. Still, it does seem like a very long sentence. Wonder what the criminal history was.
