Amy Schumer stealing jokes/skits from MADTV, others

the most incriminating bits were from her sketch show. And those always have writers. Many of the stand up 'steals' were premises that are touched on by many comics. Good clip from Rogan. Impressive he pulled the flintstones clip that preceded the food slapping bit.

I think she's funny. She's super successful, no doubt. And that doesn't happen without some talent.

 

Damn... I've seen Rogan DESTROY people for much less!!! Makes you wonder why Rogan took it easy on her and was defending her. If she had a dick, would he so "understanding"?!?!

Did you watch the whole thing to the end? He basically admits that, were she not a friend and a comedian that every likes, he probably would go a lot harder on her. He even specifically mentions that if it were Mencia who had done the same thing, he would be lambasting him for it.

Yes, she steals jokes. It's not just the content. The delivery is too similar in these clips. Don't tell me she wasn't familiar with some of these other comedians' material. It's not like this is unprecedented. Leary stole from Hicks. Cook stole from Louis CK. Mencia stole from....lots of people.

But I don't buy for a second this is all a coincidence and that she never heard this stuff before.

 

Successful entertainers/comedians are afraid to go after a successful women in a man's arena. PC fear at it's finest.

And I agree, this really hurts Rogen's credibility. You gotta be fair in praise and criticism or you're just another dishonest hack like everyone else. and btw..., Rogen is getting some from his own fans who are calling him out and rightfully so.

Yes, Comedy is ruled by men and women are bit players especially in the Stand Up arena. Women do have success on TV with the likes of Fey/Poehler, Roseanne, Carol Burnett, but most of that was from TV. This Schumer slut is the hot item now trying to compete with the great women in comedy but she's a fraud.

No from other Women Stand Up Comedy Giants. Nevermind, there are none. Silverman came close and now this Schumer slut is too but she's a fake unlike Silverman.

Men comedians are afraid to expose/attack her and everyone knows why.
