I ate breakfast with Sarver once. He came to my business school and ate a meal with a dozen of us. He seemed like an alright guy to me and very easy to talk to. But this article makes him look bad.

I do find it funny when older generations talk about "millenials" and love to generalize about the young - it just shows how disconnected they really are to an entire group of people. It's no different than how things were last generation and the generation before that and so on. Old people don't understand young people.

I think the problem goes both ways. Millennials think they are different from other generations, when it's mostly that they don't understand what their forebears were like when they were young. Circumstances change, but human nature is pretty steady.

 

In fairness, millennials are extra douchey.

 

Yeah, the older generation have always put the blame on the younger generation. Not a surprise.
