Actions speak louder than words. Any trade the Rockets make will tell us whether they think the roster needs either major or minor tweaks.
Dude, let's be real here, ok. This is a .500 team at best, and may actually be worse than that. Too many tweaks needed to just tweak them. We need quality starters at the 1 and the 3 that are true two-way players that we don't have. We need a back up 5 that can anchor the paint when Dwight sits. And we need multiple plus defenders and shooters on the bench that just aren't there. We've got to move Ariza and probably Bev and possibly other assets to get at least one quality two-way starter at either the 3 or 1 spot. Then we gotta work on moving out other long-term salary for expirings and see what we can net using Lawson's contract and some of our youngsters. We have to get some long term salary off the books by the trade deadline so we're not hit and sunk this summer with bad contracts we either can't move or have to send out assets to get rid of them. We cannot afford to tweak and keep the majority of this team together. This team and it's leaders need shaken down. And we have to wrestle some power away from Harden by bringing in other strong locker room and floor leaders that don't fall sway to his antics. Harden is totally out of control and he's killing himself and us in the process.

Time to shell down the corn here. We've got a starting point guard out there for his defense that just isn't getting the job done and cannot make plays for us on the offensive end. Hate to tell you but he ain't the answer at the point. Need to sell high on him too if possible.
I guess OP is not ready to talk about the Rockets' real issues and would rather be a whiny fan who doesn't want to focus on actual fixable issues.
I'm unsure how much value you can get from playing them while they play like this, they're both liabilities, tremendous liabilities that are literally costing us games with their minutes (I'd say 10 so far this season, today's included)

This team will not win or come close to being contenders as Morey is coddling up to a harden and Harden has Morey and this franchise by the balls
This team, as constructed, has to physically embrace a "defense first" mentality in order to have a chance at contending. The problem is that as a group, it's against everything they stand for.
Before breaking up the team can we try a authrotiarian no bull**** coach who would chew Harden's ass out like a JVG or Thibs type coach and not a fist bump even though you play historically bad defense every night type coach? Lol, could you imagine JVG's death stare as Harden does his stupid "I'm cooking" gesture? "How about playing respectable defense before you ****ing make **** gestures because you jacked up a 3." The multiple years of player coaches like McHale not holding Harden accountable has led to what we see today.

Yup, seems that way. It's most evident with a guy like Beverley who used to be a stud. Even he looks bad on defense now, cannot just be his mentality or regression. As a team, we have some rotten apples along with a culture of no accountability and zero discipline. Everything needs to change!!
Said 2 years ago Harden wasn't a leader. People just assumed I was from that city up 45. Wished I'd been wrong. Last year he did better and I gave him credit. Now, he's just the same player I saw 2 years ago. Gutless. Talking all this team's flaws, the one easy thing that could flip everything, quickly.... Harden caring more about winning. I'm not even comfortable giving up points in a pickup game, a free game. This fool has videos and videos of his garbage, in games he's PAID millions. Takes a sick individual to do some of the things he does.
