    Davis had plenty of monster games last year where he created his shot (including in the post)

    To make a conclusion in GAME 1 of the regular season that he can't create his own shot or is not an mvp candidate, especially given tonight's roster issues and with a new coach / system in place is kind of.......

    lets go with premature.

    I guess the opposite side to that is using the word "consistently" in a game like this (again with a bunch of players missing and a new system being installed) is shortsighted is all I'm saying.
