    Yes it is but he is best under 46 yards not that great when you need a 50 or 52 yard field goal to win or tie it late

    IS there any kicker you can actually be disappointed in with a late game miss of over 50 yards?

    Making extra points comes first.

    You get out that far how confident can you be in any kicker? Bullock was scary to watch from just about any distance.
