    That's the point... they need as much offense as they can get. Gomez's 2 post-season HR's over the last week have been far more contributive this post-season than any week of Marisnick defense.

    Seriously. That they made the postseason is an accomplishment. That they won the Wild Card game on the road and had a few chances to close out the defending AL champs in the division series is pretty awesome for such a young team. Right now, this season, I can be happy with those silver linings.
