    That brings up a good point, why arent umps penalized or rewarded for their game calls? They should review every game and the best umps move up in pay and playoff appearances.

    I think there is a rating system for umps. The better rated ones do the playoffs..also probably a seniority thing.

    Marisnick to cf, RAsmus to LF (great play he made in the 6th) I think Rasmus will be re signed.
    At 1b, bring Singleton or Marwin as defense sub for Carter.

    Seen alot of bad umps this year, surely there are better ones waiting in the wings. Some old heads are firmly entrenched though I agree
