Heard from the McHale interview today on the Rockets site that Tom Thibodeau was at practice today and might be there again tomorrow. What's this about?

Could we sign him as a assistant?

If we can get any of his principles installed without grinding down the roster, this would be a great addition to the team.

Yes, hustle on D, and hold the ball for 22 seconds on O. Their team gets 15 less possessions per game than their average. Then our guys get worn out by years end, and we average 88 points per game....

Oh, wait, we did that for a few years already.

Give me Mac and RA all day.

I'm not a troll. I don't hate Thibbs, i think he is a very good coach, I just do not prefer to watch games that score below 90 points on average. The JVG era, when we had one of the greatest pure scorer's of all time in his prime, was atrocious offensive basketball. It was hard to watch, which is an attribute to Thibbs, because that is what he brings, great defense.

agreed with this. if you want to flip a switch and go into this mode at the end of the season into the postseason in pursuit of a championship, that's one thing.

but the league is for entertainment. there's nothing entertaining about that brand of basketball.

What is the harm in adding to the current coaching staff? Rockets could keep their O, but improve their D. Warriors were able to take that next step by becoming an elite defensive team to go along with their offensive prowess.

Have any of the Bulls players actually came out and complain about playing too much? Just wondering...
